Im not doing to well at maintaining my goal weight and was wondering if you had thought about how you will do it or if you had any advice for me ..
breakfast .. I eat porridge and a banana ..
Lunch .. a sandwich with salad , a packet of snack a jacks or ryvita mini's , and apple and a be good to yourself biscuit
afternoon , a small piece of chocolate ( about 1/3 of a flake etc. )
evening meal .. asmall portion of what ever everybody is having and then build it up with extra salad or veg ( it ends up a big meal )
supper .. a WW yogurt , a WW cake slice ( carrot cake , toffee cake , lemon etc. ) and a large orange
my goal weight was 11st but today I weighed 10st 3 , Im quite happy with that ( that goes without saying ) .. but what am I doing wrong .. I cant keep loosing weight every week
